Sarah is an accomplished Group Benefits Consultant with over 20 years of experience specializing in non-profit organizations. Sharon Duke
Sharon brings over a decade of experience in the insurance services industry, primarily focused on client support. Renowned for her interpersonal skills, she excels at providing outstanding client service and building robust relationships with clients and insurers alike. Her expertise was honed in the Group Employee Benefits department of one of the world's largest brokerages, where she developed a deep understanding of client service and insurance administration.
Originally from Barbados, Sharon is also a creative spirit—an artist, poet, and emerging author currently writing her first children's book.
André Jean
André’s journey with Barill began in 2021, when he joined the team as a Financial Advisor. Collaborating with Barill’s Benefits Consultants, André’ discovered his innate passion and proficiency for group benefits. Recognizing the opportunity to make a broader impact, he transitioned his focus entirely to the group benefits area in 2022, leveraging his keen analytical skill to positively influence a larger demographic.
André finds fulfillment in delving into the intricacies of benefits plans and crafting comprehensive, user-friendly reports. He excels at simplifying complex concepts and transitioning them into digestible information. This shines through in both client and employee presentations where he communicates with clarity and precision
